Harvey's Towing has chosen the Logan Hospital Fund as their beneficiary of this event as a way to give back to the community and support the incredible and vital work of Logan Hospital's Women and Children's Services.
Logan Hospital's health service has grown significantly over the last 30 years, and is continuing to expand its services in order to provide for a rapidly growing area.
It's paediatric services provide comprehensive care for babies, children and young people, supporting their physical and mental health through diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of illness or injury. Children are cared for in dedicated hospital areas, including inpatient wards, a children’s emergency department, a level-4 special care nursery, and a paediatric outpatient clinic offering general care, newborn follow-ups, and support for complex needs.
Its maternity services ensure parents receive the highest level of care that best suits them, with various community health and support services as well as a Perinatal Wellbeing Service that provides emotional and mental health surpport to women during and after pregnancy.
